If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on non-defective products. This means that you can return any non-defective product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in new/unused condition to receive a refund

Please note that products returned after 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How to submit a return request

If you would like to return a product, please contact Core & Main Water & Wastewater Supply prior to returning the item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help us process your return more efficiently and ensure that you receive the correct refund or exchange.

To request an RMA number, please contact us by phone at 888-885-2673 or email at [email protected] and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once you have received an RMA number, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping return label and you can then return the product to us.
