How can I modify / cancel an order that has already been placed?

Please contact us at 1-888-885-CORE or at support.supply@coreandmain.com or submit a case in the My Account dashboard.

How do I start a return?

Customers can submit a return request online via the “Cases” link in the “My Account” dashboard. Click “Cases” then click “Submit New Case”. Enter a Subject, then select “Product Support or Returns”. Finally enter a message and click submit. Customers may also call 1-888-885-CORE to speak to an associate to start a return.


What shipping provider do you use?

We ship our orders via FedEX or LTL Freight.

Can I use my own shipping provider account number?

Yes, please contact our team at 1-888-885-CORE

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be provided to via email once your order ships. Order tracking numbers are also available in your My Account dashboard under recent purchases, and purchase history.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air options via FedEx.

Can I pick my order up at my Local Core & Main branch?

At this time we are unable to offer in-store pickup at our branches, we hope to offer this option soon.

How can I register to access the website or sign up for a Core & Main account?

For exsisting Core & Main customers, please register here.
For new customers, please fill out the credit application online and a Core & Main associate will be in touch with more details.

How do I reset my password?

How can I update my email address?

You can update your email address and email notification settings in the My Account dashboard under Settings>Profile Information and Settings>Email Preferences.

How can I designate a new account manager?

Account manager permissions can be changed in the account dashboard area.

How can I add someone to our account?

New users can be added to your account in the account dashboard area.


The item I want to purchase is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

We do our best to stock an ample supply of our most popular products, but backorders and shortages do happen from time to time. If you find we are out of stock of a product you want to purchase, give us a call at 1-888-885-CORE or email us at support.supply@coreandmain.com to check when we will have more.

I need help placing an order

How do I change my default payment method?

Customers can change their default payment method in the My Account dashboard under Settings > Payment Methods.

I cannot find the product I would like to purchase online or in the catalog.

How do I download my invoices and statements?

You may download your invoices and statements in the Account Dashboard area.

Can I pay my core and main statement online?

For beta we are not accepting online payments, we hope to enable this feature soon.

Can I pay for both my Core & Main and Water & Wastewater Supply statements with one check?

We would prefer you to make two separate payments, but we will accept one payment. We are working on a process to consolidate statements and ease making multiple payments.

Who should the I call if I have questions about their invoices or statements?

Call 1-888-855-CORE with any questions, and we will route them to the appropriate individual.

Will my credit manager for Water & Wastewater Supply be the same person as my Core & Main account?


Will existing customers be required to re-apply for credit if they want to pay on terms?


Will I receive one consolidated statement for their waterworks branch charges and Water & Wastewater Supply?

No, you will receive separate monthly statements.
