Seametrics® Insertion Electromagnetic Flow Sensor, Bronze Hot Tap, Brass Body, 10"-48" pipe, EX250B
Description
The Seametrics® EX250B hot tap, adjustable depth insertion magmeter flow sensor can measure clean or turbid water. The complete lack of moving parts make it very reliable. Installation requires 2" FNPT threaded fitting such as a pipe saddle. Includes a 2" MNPT Bronze isolation valves for hot-tap applications for installation and removal under pressure. Pulse output can interface with PLC or use with a Seametrics FT-Series Flow Monitor/Totalizer for flow rate/total display and optional 4-20mA output.
Features
Reliable, no moving parts
Depth adjustable sensor
Meter extends only about 1/8 of pipe diameter, minimizing potential clogging with debris
Use Brass model for non-potable water applications
Use for "full pipe" applications
Use with FT430 or FT440 Monitor/Totalizers
