Rust-Oleum The MULE (Modified Urethane Latex Epoxy) is a versatile, abrasion resistant coating that provides excellent adhesion on many surfaces. This water-based commercial paint formula contains low odor and is easy to clean with soap and water. Dries to an ultra smooth, highly washable, gloss finish.
