Rust-Oleum Commercial Universal Alkyd Primer is a versatile, oil-based coating that adheres to most surfaces and is compatible with any topcoat. It's specially designed for situations where optimal surface prep is not possible. This DTM (direct-to-metal) primer also serves as a reliable stain sealer and blocker.
