Description

The TracStar® 412 Series 2 shares a common vehicle with the 28, 250, and 618 range of TracStars and is powered by a diesel engine. It incorporates an interchangeable 4-jaw carriage that can be easily removed for in-ditch fusions. For tight installations, the outer fixed jaw and skid can be removed from the carriage and converted to a 3-jaw carriange for an even more compact fusion unit. A Wireless Remote Control comes equipped on the TracStar 412 Series 2 which ensures a safe, efficient working environment and precise machine placement. A new cowling design makes it easy to access the machine for maintenance and also aids in heat dissipation. An updated electrical system increases the circuit protection and a standard battery disconnect is incorporated for easy lockout.
